We loved Hayden Panettiere’s outfit at the Z100 annual jingle ball – despite one magazine, who shall remain nameless, saying that she could be mistaken for a waitress! We’ve looked everywhere for a similar ruffle blouse all over the net and on the high street, but so far can’t find anything that’s just right.
