Toronto-based designer NADA hopes that neon fashion will be hot fashion this year, evidence of a celebrity endorsement was seen earlier this year when Victoria Beckham wore a neon tube dress.
So Nada and other designers are encouraging the fashionably bold to really step outside and make a statement with pieces like entire dresses and coats in highlighter hues.
