OASIS – Women’s Fashion Clothing are about to launch an SMS gift voucher system. which allows people to buy gift vouchers for friends and family and send them directly to users mobile handsets.
The unique code can then be redeemed in-store via the chip and pin machine at the till point. Shoppers can purchase gift vouchers online in denominations of £10 – £300 and personalise the date and time that the gift voucher is sent to the recipient.
They have plans to roll it out through their other stores – Warehouse, Karen Millen and Coast in early 2010.
