Lauren Luke who shot to fame after doing online makeup tutorials under the name Panacea81 has now just launched her own line of Make Up which will surely have lots of great colours and some “especially mad ones” to quote Lauren and with over 40 million viewers the potential for Lauren looks like it could be huge.

Ellen DeGeneres is going to be the new spokesmodel for CoverGirl cosmetics and confirmed rumors of such on her show yesterday.
She joins a high-powered lineup of pitchwomen for the brand that includes Rihanna, Drew Barrymore and Queen Latifah although Degeneres isn’t a typical choice for the beauty brand, a recent harris Interactive poll ranked her the most popular celebrity in the world.

Ahh.. it seems everybody loves Spongebob and his undersea pals – who could resist a porous, crabbypatty flippin, washing utensil, who wears a cute little shirt and tie? My 12 year old daughter can’t, New Look can’t and fashion king Marc Jacobs loves him so much that he’s immortatised the little guy in ink on his bicep – what do you think?!
Any way the point of this post is, (ay ay there is one Captain) that the Spongebob fashion story continues, but this time over on the beauty counter. There’s a pineapple (what else?) yellow, called Square Pants, ofcourse, a soft coral named Starfish Patrick after the goofy sidekick and a milky blue named Bikini Bottom that’ll have you thinking of tropical waters long into those cold, windy, autumn days.
