There were queues-a-plenty outside H&M stores yesterday as hopefuls jostled for their budget priced Jimmy Choo pieces. Many left disappointed after stores were stripped of stock in a matter of minutes (even the mannequins were left shivering, without even a studded belt or clutch bag to cover their vinyl modesty).
Some were said to leave the stores with several, overflowing carrier bags, which suggests that ebay might soon be the place to find Tamara Mellon’s designs.

Biba, which was founded by Barbara Hulanicki in 1964, which made affordable fashion available to the everyday shoppers and created the definitive look of the 60s and 70s.
It will be introduced to 30 department stores and online for autumn 10.
