Miss Selfridge is partnering with Warner Bros to launch a collection inspired by its US TV series Gossip Girl with a range of eight dresses based on the styles of the four female characters in the show, Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester), Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) and Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr) and the designs of Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman available in stores nationwide and online from the end of April 2010, starting out at £39.

Chanel will soon begin selling products directly through its website later this year starting out initially with its fragrances but looking to extend to is glasses and accessories.
Luxury fashion brands have tended to avoid from selling goods via the web, but some industry figures believe 2010 could be a ‘watershed’.

Benetton have decided to launch a global online casting contest to find members of the public to become the faces of its brand for 2010/11.
The contest which can be found here starts on the 8th of February so get over and express your style and personality through videos and photographs, winners to be announced on the 18th March and the top 100 entrants voted by the site visitors will get 200 euros of Benetton vouchers and will appear in a book about style.
The 20 finalists will be chosen by the website users, and flown to New York to model in the fashion shoot for the Benetton autumn/winter campaign 2010.

Well Paris Fashion Week has kicked off and never wanting to cause a stir singer Kanye and his partner Amber Rose turned up in a “shredded dress” (Amber not Kanye!).
She did put on a nude bodysuit underneath the shredded minidress but it all seemed to leave little to the imagination.
One thing is for sure the woman’s got confidence very Liz Hurley!
