Garmentology – Let your body show you what to wear.

Category : Latest, Trends

Garmentology is a new site formed by image consultant Susanne Newman, who wants to bring personal shopping online. The concept takes the form of a style adviser online, helping to tackle the challenges of sizing and fit and therefore cutting returns.

You build a personal profile with full body proportions such as leg length and waist height Garmentology then looks at the products on the site and matches them according to how well they fit the individual’s profile.

Once users have been given a list of mathced products from companies like My-Wardrobe, Marks & Spencer and Browns, they can click on the product to direct them to the retailer’s site to buy.

It’s in beta at the moment but will be interesting to see how things develop.
