Ralph Lauren no stranger to using QR codes (blimey is that over 3 years ago since that post) added customized codes to lure shoppers into their shops.

It had the famous Ralph Lauren  polo player inside the code which were placed in shop windows hoping to attract shoppers to scan the code with  a chance to win tickets to the US Open tennis tournament along with taking them to a mobile site which would make them want to purchase items either online or in store.

Oxfam Reveal’s Celebrities Who Donated Clothes via QR Codes

Oxfam’s Curiosity Shop packed with celebrities donations of pretty impressive clothing appears as a pop-up shop inside Selfridges, the range of clothing came from stars like Annie Lennox, Colin Firth, Helen Mirren and Kate Moss.

They even encouraged people to snap the the QR codes attached to the tags on the items with their smart phones and were then presented with videos of the celebrities telling the stories behind their former pieces that were on sale.

“like” Diesel with QR codes

QR codes are featuring a lot in the fashion world at the moment and here on tfg, now Diesel have decided to add them to their stores.

The codes are placed next to clothes in store and when scanned you are taken to Facebook where you can ‘like’ the product, and browse other Diesel products.
