Marion Cottilard pretty much stole the show last night when she walked away with the best actress role for Edith Piaf Biopic, La Vie En Rose. When I first saw her outfit, a sparkling, silver mini-dress with grecian style white cape, I was non too sure but as I keep seeing it, its growing on me and, now I think its downright stunning.

I’ve heard a lot of moaning about Kiera’s dress, but I personally think she got it just right. Tilda Swinton’s was slightly over the top in yellow and black Dior, and I think she was a little unsure, when she reached the podium she told the audience, “You can tell I’m astonished, if I knew I was going to win I would never have worn this skirt.”

Sienna Miller won the photographer’s vote with her backless, black Dior dress and chopard jewellery. Eva Green and Jessica Biel were also seen in classic, black Dior but Emily Blunt stood out elegantly and beautifully in this blue, one-shoulder dress by New York designer, Marc Bouwer. But did anyone reach the marker set by Helen Mirren’s 2007 outfit? Tell us what you think. If an award went to the fashion house to get the most number of dresses onto the red carpet then the winner would be …  (envelope, envelope)… Dior!
