Not many more details at the moment other than Tesco have chosen Venda to provide its On Demand ecommerce solution for a fashion website expected to open in the autumn.

The move first announced on “the fashion guide” in January when Richard Brasher, the retailer’s commercial director, revealed that Tesco was looking at how they could bring their fashion ranges to more customers, “whether they live near a large store or not”.

Looks like they have big plans, announcing that it intends to become the number one fashion site!

Venda’s ecommerce solution currently powers the sites for Heals, TK Maxx, Laura Ashley, HMV and Fat Face.
